This is a documentary I created for a Material Folk Culture class I took at Penn State. It focuses on roadside memorials. David A. Lucas, the man who created it, tells of his frustration with the government. He claims federal regulators are intent on putting independent coal miners out of business in the Pennsylvania coal region.
